You agree that it shall be your responsibility to review these Terms regularly and your attendance at the Event after changes have been made to the Terms constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. We reserve the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event, without any compensation to you. We may, at any time and for any reason (acting reasonably) make alterations to the program, agenda, speakers, exhibitors, venue, dates, and timings of the Event. This website will be promptly updated to reflect any changes, modifications or alterations. 3. You understand that the activities and/or speakers for the Event may be changed and that such occurrence shall not, under any circumstances, entitle you to any claim whatsoever, including, but not limited to, a refund for your Ticket. To attend the Event, you must hold a valid Ticket. Unless otherwise specified, each Ticket admits one person only. We reserve the right to cancel Ticket(s) purchased in excess of the maximum number, with prior notice. 7. All Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled. Where the Event is cancelled or curtailed because of adverse weather, we shall not be liable to make any refund or pay any compensation. 8. All rights to the Event belong to us, including any commercial rights and intellectual property rights arising from or in relation to the Event. Nothing in these Terms will act to license or transfer any rights of either party. Possession of a Ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket. 9. Taking photos or videos of a limited part of the Event is only allowed for your personal use (for the avoidance of doubt, any commercial purpose or use are prohibited). 10. The Venue manager reserves the right to refuse your admission to the Venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void. 11. When your personal information is shared at the Event to an exhibitor and/or a sponsor, you agree to receive communications from that entity. Your personal data will be treated in accordance with that entity's privacy policy, and you may unsubscribe from such communications by contacting them directly. 12.
