Dr Ted Suen is currently the Executive Director of NEOM. He is responsible for formulating the strategy, design, and implementation of digital transportation mobility platform for smart cognitive city. Prior to joining NEOM, Ted had held different senior executive positions in multi-national corporations, including Chief Information officer of the MTR Corporation, Regional Director of HP/EDS Greater China outsourcing organisation. Dr Suen’s strong vision in digital transformation and next generation IT functions makes him award winner of several prestigious CIO awards in both Hong Kong, China, and Asia level.
Dr Suen has heavy commitment for community services for many years, particularly in promoting talent cultivation and professional development of IT industry. He is the immediate past President of the Hong Kong Computer Society and is member of different advisory committees in local universities and government bodies. Dr Suen was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2020 for recognizing his contribution to the local ICT industry.

Started his career as a Certified Public Accountant and Application System Consultant in finance, HR and distribution/logistics to design strategic systems for Fortune 500 companies in the USA. Served as Head of IT at Hongkong Land and CIO at Siemens (Corporate Information and Operations) before being recruited by the SFC. His quick comprehension of critical success factors in various industries led him to have proposed numerous successful business strategies beyond the IT area and has accomplished numerous initiatives. His experience in digital transformation enabled organizational transformation, created viable and sustainable strategy, optimized policy with efficiencies and applied practical use of technology in problem-solving.

Suk-Wah Kwok is currently Chief Information Officer of International Finance Corporation which is part of the World Bank Group. Prior to this, she was Asia Pacific CIO of Lockton Companies from 2012 to 2019, and CIO of Aon Hong Kong from 2001 to 2011, and led Aon to be the first Financial Services Institution in Asia to successfully migrate key IT services to public cloud when cloud technology was still in its infancy.
Suk-Wah’s IT career spans over 30 years. She was a Project Manager with Sun Microsystems during 90’s Internet boom and held various IT management positions including Head of IT, Asia Pacific for Baring Asset Management, and Operations Director for commercial data centers, before taking up CIO positions.
Suk-Wah is an experienced CIO well known for her courage in early adoption of leading-edge technologies and her success in leading IT enabled transformations. For her long-standing track record, she was awarded 2015 Top 5 CIO in China, 2016 Hong Kong CIO of the Year (Medium Enterprise Category), Outstanding ICT Women Award (Professional Category) in Hong Kong in 2020, 2021 Global Top 200 CIO and 2021 Global Top 10 Inspire Award.
Suk-Wah graduated with a First Class Honors in Computer Science from the University of Sydney and holds an MBA majoring in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Outside the IT industry, Suk-Wah served in the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police from 1998 to 2018. She was a Woman Senior Inspector of Police.

He was the former managing director of Thales, which helps APAC customers from different industry sectors including banking and finance, insurance, telecommunications, transportation and utilities, manufacturing and higher education institutes to address cybersecurity.
Henry was appointed as the adjunct professor for University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering, and serves in a number of cybersecurity professional bodies including the director of Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong and Macau Chapter and member of the Hong Kong Expert Group on Cloud Security and Privacy. He has been invited frequently as speakers and panelists in many Cybersecurity and risk seminars in the region.
Henry holds numerous renowned IT and security certifications as well as Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

He is also an Adjunct Professor at the City University of Hong Kong and was a Vice-President of the Hong Kong Computer Society. He was previously named Hong Kong’s top CIO and Greater China’s top 5 CIO. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and attended executive MBA training at Boston University.

Prior to taking up this position Lawrence was the Group General Manager, Digital & Information Technology for a year and a half. He has also held multiple general managerial positions including stationing as country managers internationally.
Mr Fong joined Cathay Pacific in 1990. He graduated from University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, University of Michigan with a Master’s Degree in Business and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Master’s Degree in Information Management.

John Hui is currently the Academic Director, Information Technology Discipline & Director, Digital Future Office of Vocational Training Council (VTC). He was the Chief Information Officer of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) before joining VTC. Prior to his career in the education sector from 2015, John worked for a leading IT service provider in Hong Kong for fifteen years delivering cutting edge critical systems to both public and private sectors.
John is active in professional and community services, serving as the chairperson of iLEAP of the Hong Kong Computer Society, chairperson of the Joint Universities Computer Centre, exco-member of the Asia Higher Education Group, International Conference on Blended Learning as well as International Symposium on Education Technology. He also actively contributes to the ICT industry by taking various voluntary roles such as organizing committee member of Robocon 2020-2022 and HKICC 2020 while mentoring undergraduates from the computer science department of a local university.
John obtained his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, MBA from the Hong Kong Baptist University, and PhD of Computer Science from CityU.

During his tenure, the institution won the First Computer IT Governance Achievement Award from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and it was the only winner of non-public sector.
Mr Woo has held senior management positions in various international consulting firms, heading the technology risk consulting, IT auditing and consulting services in Mainland China and Hong Kong. He was also the Convenor of Cyber Security Specialist Group of Hong Kong Computer Society from 2018 to 2022 and he is appointed as the advisor of the group. He has shared his view and professional advice on various topics in many newspapers and publications during the period. In addition, he has organized several large-scale cybersecurity forums and seminars and contributed in the promotion of cybersecurity best practice and experience sharing in the industry.
